- Corner Spaces are $300 - SOLD OUT
Each Exhibitor Space Includes
- 6′ x 8′ Space
- 6′ of Table Space (2 tables if a corner space)
- Two Chairs
- Two Exhibitor Badges – *Additional badges may be purchased for $10 each.
Tables are 6’ in sets of “2 connecting tables”. You need to buy 2 booths to modify the layout.
*Selling or giving away Sac Gamers Expo Exhibitor Badges to individuals who are not legitimate workers is against Sac Gamers Expo policy and considered theft.

- Subletting or sharing of exhibitor space is NOT allowed.
- The sale of Bootleg Items or 100% AI art prints is not Permitted.
- Allowing access of adult material to minors is not permitted.
- The sale of weapons to anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted.
- Anyone purchasing a weapon must be made aware of Sac Gamers Expo’s Weapons/Peace Bonding Policy.
We would prefer that your merchandise be "Video Games" or Video Game related in some way, but if you feel you have something non-gaming related that people want we welcome you as well.

SATURDAY
- Setup: 8:00am – 10:50am
- General Admission: 11am – 6pm
SUNDAY
- Setup: 8:00am – 9:50am
- General Admission: 10am – 5pm
